Who we are

This website, snapshotshowrankroostr.pics, is operated by Roostr Field Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14872306, registered office 27 Tanner Street, Bristol BS1 4QA, United Kingdom. We are the controller of personal data processed through the site. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of request, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we process your name, email address and message to reply. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless needed for an ongoing matter.

The contact message tool. The tool on our contact page runs entirely in your browser. It does not transmit what you type to us or anyone else; it only builds text for you to copy or download.

Legal basis

We rely on legitimate interests for security logging and for replying to messages you choose to send. Where consent is required for optional storage on your device, we ask for it first; see the cookie policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the site and our email, under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
